To place an order, visit our website at www.yashoganga.com, an acknowledgment email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order; however, this does not constitute acceptance of the order. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 1 business day, please contact our customer service.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract will occur when your order is dispatched, unless you have canceled the order as outlined below. For assistance with orders, product information, or payment queries, please contact our Customer Service team between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. Telephone calls may be recorded for security and service monitoring purposes.

3. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team at email us with your cancellation request. Please note that it may not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If you wish to amend your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this period, we cannot make changes due to our immediate processing procedures.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments in INR. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, and various UPI-based apps such as BHIM UPI, Gpay, and Phonepay.

5. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in INR. Applicable taxes will be highlighted during the checkout process before the final payment.
